Abstract

This research presents an overview of the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through an analysis of relevant literature, the study aims to comprehend and contrast the situation before and after the lockdown. The nationwide restrictions imposed in response to the pandemic severely affected the MSME sector, leading to halted business operations, supply chain disruptions, revenue losses, significant worker migration, and cash flow challenges. Employing a secondary qualitative analysis method, the research utilizes narrative thematic description to propose potential recommendations aligned with existing solutions and government relief measures.
